OptWare makes your processes more efficient
Our solutions
Let’s optimize your processes together.
AI-supported operational efficiency
The use of AI optimizes production processes by reducing waste, increasing machine availability through predictive maintenance and achieving daily production targets through more efficient station occupancy. In addition, AI enables the automation of recurring tasks such as quality assurance and improves the recognition rates of quality features, which drives the scaling of automation.
AI-supported sustainability
AI-optimized resource planning helps to avoid bottlenecks, overloads and downtimes through predictive maintenance and setup planning. AI also optimizes warehouse and order management, minimizes unnecessary transport routes and supports employees in complex production environments.

Expertise
Here´s why OptWare is the right partner
Experience, know-how and resources
Optware has been developing web and cloud applications in the production environment of our corporate customers since 2014, achieving user numbers of up to 9000 for individual applications. Optware can therefore draw on an extensive wealth of experience, diverse know-how in all relevant future technologies and a concentrated pool of resources.
Cost efficiency and agility
Particular attention is paid to creating a flexible and scalable environment for companies that enables the standardized, fast and cost-efficient implementation of use cases. This means that existing and new use cases are on-boarded with minimal effort and can
be operated with the aim
of achieving measurable success quickly.
Flexibility and future-proofing
Our architecture is designed to meet the dynamic requirements of production with its constantly changing conditions and demands. Modularity and adaptability will guarantee flexible adaptation to different use cases and their specific requirements. This also includes the adaptation of the AI methods used and the integration of new technologies. In addition to the architecture, the focus is also on the interactive learning capability of the OptWare platform, which will have the ability to learn and continuously improve through interaction with end users..
Innovative strength
OptWare is a major innovator that invests more than 10% of its turnover in research and development. This allows us to keep our finger on the pulse and
future-proof our
solutions. We are currently working on four publicly funded projects in the areas of Big Data, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Quantum Computing
Use Cases
How OptWare helps to optimize your processes
Delivery Forecast
Predictive identification of delivery bottlenecks, especially in the case of promised just-in-sequence or just-in-time provision / delivery logistics:
- Early identification of the need (red, yellow, green) for planning corrections
- Predictive evaluation of promised delivery quantities and delivery variants, taking into account raw parts, material, tools, production throughput, inventory and scrap
- AI-supported evaluation to identify production bottlenecks and quality fluctuations
- Avoid penalties
- Mainly used for first-tier suppliers (automotive).
Adaptive process chain optimization
Adaptive process chain optimization, enables the adaptation of interlinked production steps by compensating for component variants:
- Optimum quality and efficient use of resources thanks to individual adaptation of machine parameters for each individual workpiece
- Consideration or balancing of both short-term goals (e.g. compliance with tolerances of a sub-process) and long-term goals of the workpiece (e.g. quality at the end of the process chain)
- Combination of AI and optimization
- Improvement of the process capability index, reduction of rejects and shorter start-up phase
- Used by first-tier suppliers (automotive).
